World Client Service Srl provides highly qualified technicians and prompt service for laser welding, polishing and mould assembly at our clients’ plants, 24/7 emergency service within 12/24 hrs, mould modifications, maintenance and repairs, try out and SOP assistance, as well as customer staff trainingSummary of Position: role of Sales Engineer is to oversee existing sales while expanding and growing the business within the assigned territory. Additionally, Sales Engineer acts as a trusted technical consultant and provides forecasting of the EAD (estimated arrival dates) for upcoming jobs. Marketed services include laser welding, polishing and mold assembly, mold modifications, maintenance and repairs.Essential Responsibilities:

Solicits and develops strong consultative relationships with customers throughout the region in order to sell combined services
Respond to customer RFQ’s
Actively manage ALL quote opportunities in SAP
Provide customers with technical support and solutions (tooling, molded parts, etc…)
Manage the details of upcoming jobs to ensure that tools are ready to move through the process when they arrive at the facility
Supports accurate forecasting

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, highly confident with the ability to interact with all levels and personalities
Responsible, with an owner’s mentality
Ability to manage several priorities with tool shops, Tier 1 suppliers, molders
Problem solving abilities
Ability to influence through effective communications (presentations, written and verbal communications)
Proficient in MS Office products, internet navigation
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of injection molding, tool/mold shops, auto industry preferred
Intermediate English, spoken and written
Ability to travel as needed

Educational Requirements/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with major in business, sales/marketing or related field required with 3+ years in a technical sales/sales engineer role (automotive tool/mold shop and/or injection molding strongly preferred). May consider lesser degree with equivalent experience.
