Are you a skilled Enrolled Nurse who is looking for an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a balance between work and lifestyle?Please read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity.RoleReporting to the Clinical Care Manager Home and Community Care Services you will be responsible for assisting with the provision of quality services through assessment, case management, monitoring and review of services for eligible clients in accordance with McLean Care Ltd values and policies.Whilst this a remote work opportunity, the applicant must reside within the geographical area mentioned above and a willingness to travel to surrounding areas.Essential SkillsAbility to balance competing priorities of individual’s expectations against resource levels of the program and communicate these to clients.

Ability to devise creative responses to human needs based on use of formal services and informal networks.
High level Interpersonal and negotiation skills including the ability to provide support particularly for people experiencing grief and/or in need of reassurance.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team.
Ability to assist clients to formulate plan of care within budget and report all income and expenditure to clients on a regular basis.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

Current APHRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Current unrestricted Driver’s License
