E-Commerce Operations Manager (Marketing Department)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field .
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay languages, along with basic skills in using relevant office software. Basic knowledge of Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI) is desirable.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Demonstrates professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
• Fast learner, diligent, proactive, and skilled in communication.
• Honest, motivated, and willing to follow company instructions.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a related field is preferred.

• Responsible for planning, promoting, and executing marketing activities on e-commerce platforms.
• Basic design work for product pages and main images on e-commerce platforms.
• Managing product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
• Handling order management, shipping, and reconciliation, including managing refunds and returns.
• Promptly responding to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms and documenting and reporting feedback.
• Assisting in offline promotional activities as directed by superiors.
• Coordinating training for store staff and promoting tea culture (including tea courses) externally.
• Managing daily product shipments for the company.
• Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Labor contract with contributions to relevant funds as per national regulations.
• 5 day of work.
• Entitlement to Selangor public holidays.
• Upon confirmation of employment, the company provides relevant training.
• Monthly Salary: RM3000
• Probation Period: 3 months
