OverviewReporting to the Director, Marketing Analytics, Performance & Insights, the Divisional Business Analyst will support the execution of actionable insights related to divisional marketing and sales efforts as well as monitor and report on divisional performance measurements
How you'll make an impact
  • Divisional contact and subject matter authority for marketing measurements and the underlying data/calculations
  • Collaborate on the standardization of key performance indicators, marketing measurements and data definitions, accounting for divisional nuances when necessary
  • Work within a team of analysts responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of divisional marketing campaigns
  • Understand divisional key performance indicators, how data is collected, analyzed and calculated to output metrics, and reports/dashboards that measure campaign success
  • Support the development and maintenance of data, and reporting processes for division
  • Contribute to divisional analytics tasks, including creation of effective strategies to collect data, analyze information, conduct research, and implement analytics solutions
  • Work with division to segment data based on criteria to best target the appropriate and correct audiences for campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of how divisional customer data is structured in our systems
  • Promote data integrity best practices for maintaining healthy data, and socialize these to the division
About YouRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.
  • Experience with managing Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required.
Highly Preferred:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing/business analytics role
  • Validated business analyst with a strong background of supporting marketing/sales efforts to drive revenue growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to translate analyses into easily digestible content
  • Master's Degree a plus
  • Track record in B2B, financial services or professional services marketing/business analytics
  • Advanced copywriting skills adapted for a range of communication channels
  • A keen eye for design and visual detail and intuitive user experience
  • Strong understanding of a range of analytics tools and technologies
