- Responsible for standard customer account management and development of the territory Norway.
- Develop an understanding of customer requirements, trends, risks, opportunities, and satisfaction levels.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to drive profitable growth.
- Develop intensive partnerships at all levels with customers and internal resources to identify customer needs & trends.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering & sales teams to help with customer opportunities, resolve issues, plan, etc.
- Support and proactively enable sales activities, help to facilitate, or open sales opportunities.
- Technical support internal/external.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the sales teams.
- Good all-round experience in customer & account management using remote working methods & tools.
- Experience & proven track record with managing customers via telephone, email & social media.
- Good interactive & personal skills suitable for becoming a key person in the office environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Swedish or in Norwegian (Merit), and English.
- Proven selling skills required to identify & close opportunities.
- Ability to work on their own, using an open mindset, or within a winning team environment.
- Proficiency in critical technologies (MS Office, SAP, CRM tools, etc.)
