Job Title: Territory Sales ManagerDivision: Weir MineralsLocation: Sweden, Avesta. Hybrid / OfficePURPOSE OF ROLEThe Territory Sales Manager Sweden is responsible for sales area’s sales work, Salesforce reporting and managing sales team in Sweden. Focus is in maximising sales opportunities and business growth in the area. The Territory Sales Manager Sweden will also focus on geographical expansion and will evaluate greenfield opportunities in the area. This role will report to Regional Manager Scandinavia. Managing sales team’s SHE targets is number one priority.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead Sales Team to drive territory growth and foster colleague development
  • Assist Regional Manager in identifying and cultivating greenfield opportunities
  • Maintain accuracy and currency of Salesforce and opportunity data
  • Prioritize health and safety compliance and adherence to local regulations
  • Uphold Weir Minerals' policies and values in collaboration with line manager
  • Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales operation strategies
JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous background in Mining and Aggregate industries
  • Proficiency in SAP and computer literacy encompassing MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Commercial insight to evaluate opportunities and risks
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Swedish
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing conflict, change, and growth
