ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing software issues.
  • Identifying and diagnosing technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions or escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Documenting customer interactions, technical solutions, and issue resolution in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations, to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Performing back-office tasks, including data entry, order processing, and administrative duties, as needed.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONSEducation and/or Experience
  • Completed at least 2 years of college education
  • At least one (3) year of CSR and Back Office experience is an advantage but not required
Key Skills
  • Experience with voice, email, and chat support
  • Experience in back-office processes
  • High degree of integrity - handling of sensitive information e.g. credit card details
  • High degree of flexibility- be able to adjust to different work circumstances as the client sees fit
  • High ability to self-learn - given the dynamic tasks plus ad hoc tasks where no proper training is given by the client
  • Interest in Technology and its emerging line of businesses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:

  • Articulate in both written and verbal communication
