- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing software issues.
- Identifying and diagnosing technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions or escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Documenting customer interactions, technical solutions, and issue resolution in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations, to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Performing back-office tasks, including data entry, order processing, and administrative duties, as needed.
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education
- At least one (3) year of CSR and Back Office experience is an advantage but not required
- Experience with voice, email, and chat support
- Experience in back-office processes
- High degree of integrity - handling of sensitive information e.g. credit card details
- High degree of flexibility- be able to adjust to different work circumstances as the client sees fit
- High ability to self-learn - given the dynamic tasks plus ad hoc tasks where no proper training is given by the client
- Interest in Technology and its emerging line of businesses.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
