The department comprises of a wide range of cross-functional teams including but not limited to: Client Service & Data Management, Credit & Account Management, Client Onboarding, KYC, Regional Reporting, and Agency.Job Responsibilities:Assist Agency Head of Department (HOD) in managing the various Agent Bank roles arising from mandated transactions.Be comfortable and confident in liaising with various stakeholders, ie. Borrower, Sponsors and Lenders.Coordinate discussions amongst stakeholders and advisers, eg. Lawyers, engineers.Review legal documentation and perform loan and interest roll-over calculations for the stakeholders.Be able to manage tasks with little assistance and resolve issues arising from portfolio of transactions independently.Coordinate with Operations for loan related payments.Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support delivering seamless transactions to the customer.
