We are focussed on designing, developing and supporting high efficiency diesel, low-carbon fuel and advanced hybrid/electrifiedpower systems to meet the performance, quality, efficiency and sustainability expectations of the most demanding applications today and for the future.Job RolesComponent Design and Development Engineers - Responsible for engine component and systems from concept design, design for manufacture, supplier collaboration (APQP), component/engine/machine validation (FMEA/DVP) through to production approval and full production support.Engine Performance, Development and System Integration Engineers - Responsible for engine level mechanical, performance, calibration and controls from specification through engine and machine testing, validation and integration to ensure engine systems meet customer application and legislative requirementsSimulation and Data Analyse Engineers - Responsible for developing and executing simulations across all elements of engine development including structural, dynamic, thermofluid, combustion, performance and control systems and for analysis of pre-production and production data from global fleet of connected assets.What You HaveBasic Qualifications:Strong technical background (good technical degree preferred in mechanical, electronic/electrical, control systems or automotive/aeronautical engineering) though other qualifications / experience will be considered.Proven problem solving abilities coupled with collaborative teamworking to deliver complex technical and business solutionsTop candidates may also have experience with (depending on the specific position):Internal Combustion Engine Design/Development/Simulation/Analysis - with extensive experience in diesel or low carbon fuelsOff-highway engine/machine system development and integration (or similar)NB.
