- Define scope and time expectations for new requests; track progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations for multiple parallel short projects in terms of timing, scope and deliverables.
- Follow up all tasks, ensure that deadlines are met and document all status updates. Align deliverables in inter-connected teams.
- Identify and proactively address potential issues. Develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Participate in pitch creation.
- Foster collaboration and synergy through cross-functional business areas.
- Set expectations to provide a high quality service to our external clients.
- Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Conduct analysis on target companies to identify organizational or consumer insights.
- Leverage a pre-defined set of data-management and visualization tools and procedures to enrich deliverables.
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- More than 3 years of related experience. Working in consulting environments is a plus.
- High degree of proficiency with Excel.
- Programming languages such as Python is preferred, but not required.
- Database knowledge and visualization tools (PowerBI / Tableau) are a plus.
- Experience implementing delivery methodologies (Kanban / Scrum / Agile) are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to shift priorities taking into account the context and stakeholders involved.
- Understand of the business to make sound decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to generate solid bonds based in trust with different stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to prevent and mitigate issues.
- Proven ability work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to synthesize the requests received.
- Capability to be a creative, innovative problem solver -but using simple ideas.
- Motivated to discover and learn new analytical techniques and software tools to improve the quality of our work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Authorized to work in Argentina and travel freely internationally without restrictions or visa sponsorship.
- Desire to actively engage in geographically dispersed teams.Ability to work in an office and within a remote environment.
- Physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
- This position affords a path of growth in a small, expanding team creating a practice not currently existing in Argentina.
