- Total Rewards Strategies, Programs, and Policies: Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies, programs, and policies that align with our organization's mission and goals.
- Governance of Total Rewards: Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure compliance, fairness, and effectiveness in total rewards programs.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships effectively to facilitate smooth execution of total rewards programs.
- Designing, implementing, and communicating compensation & benefits programs.
- Directing initiatives like the annual compensation cycle, creating efficient processes, and ensuring equity.
- Developing performance-based incentive programs.
- Leading all aspects of compensation including merit, incentives, pay equity, and salary structure.
- Overseeing market pricing activity and competitive pay positions.
- Administering a best-in-class employee benefits program including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Overseeing operations of the Total Rewards team and offering advisory services to HR Partners and other leaders.
- Endorsing collaborative relations with leaders to understand the firm's challenges related to the Total Rewards programs.
- Participating in vendor, broker, and administrative partner selection.
- Leading special projects including research, planning, implementation, and policy drafting.
- Complying with all local, state, and federal employment-related regulations
- Administer benefits
- Own accurate payroll deductions and reporting
- Employ compassion and patience with all employee-related questions and concerns
- Act as the lead point of contact through Open Enrollment
- Demonstrate and ensure compliance with Liberty Latin America Privacy Policy, the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America policies, and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
- Other functions may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Progressive experience in total rewards – compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Experience designing and implementing compensation programs.
- Strong understanding of compensation strategies, benefits program design, and regulatory compliance.
- Expert knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations related to employee benefits and compensation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations based on that analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage external vendors and partners effectively.
- Build strong credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Approach HR challenges in a consultative manner, providing insights and solutions.
