Critical attributes required of this position include excellent customer service consisting of an outgoing, positive attitude, a warm, friendly demeanor and the utmost care and respect for our patients, coworkers, and families.*This is designated as a safety-sensitive position*EDUCATIONEducation: High School diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Experience assisting persons who have experienced mental health problems preferred.Certification: Must have or apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within seven (7) days of employment (RCW 18.19.210 says you may work as an agency affiliated counselor for up to sixty days) or possess current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), Licensed Advance Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Social Work Associate & Advanced (LSWAA) as defined by the Washington State Department of Health.
