Bullpen Talent matches the most talented contractors with top U.S. companies and brands.Our client is an exciting B2B SaaS CRM startup looking to build a small but high performing outbound focused SDR team in Manila, Philippines. The role would start off as remote work-from-home, but may shift to in-office (We Work or other) in the future. It is expected that you would work 40 hours per week (M-F) and U.S. hours. We are looking for highly experienced outbound SDRs with an emphasis on calling and experience with B2B SaaS sales.Role Objective

To generate leads by leveraging email, phone calls and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop in the role

Responsibilities

Utilize CRM, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities
Optimize outreach success based on testing and improvement
Setup meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales team members
Report to manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results

Requirements

Must be located in or near Manila (in case the role shifts to in-office in the future)
Strong English communication skills
Prior experience as an SDR with track record of achieving or exceeding quota
Prior SDR experience with a technology company, preferably B2B SaaS
Proficiency with various CRMs, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
