·Looking ahead and raising any technical issues.
·Overlooking gangs ensuring they are working as per design.
·Pre-start site inspections.
·Organising plant & materials.
·Writing Risk Assessments.Experience required:·Road construction and materials experience.
·Crossfalls and cambers on road construction experience.
·Block up and dips for setting out and record keeping.
·Auto CAD work experience.
·Problem solving.
