- Create product roadmap for new reports and enhancing existing reports that can be utilized for results and insights by internal client facing teams and external clients.
- Fluidly transition between in depth technical solutioning and high level discovery with clients, sales teams, and client services teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and development of reporting products and the pipelines that feed them.
- Lead an agile team - collaborate and lead front-end and back-end engineering teams by communicating requirements, prioritizing and delivering new features, and removing roadblocks.
- Drive innovation and evolution of Spiceworks Ziff Davis reporting products by conducting interviews, analyzing market trends and competitor offerings.
- Understand complex data dependencies across datasets
- Work with BI and engineering to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs.
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience with the use of APIs and data tables to deliver products that are consumed by a non-technical end user
- Experience working with client facing teams, understanding their needs, & scoping and prioritizing features that drive the most value to clients and the business.
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and passion for emerging AI technologies preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
- Experience with Tableau preferred.
- Experience with marketing insights, marketers, or marketing agencies preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible evening hours to accommodate varying time zones
