You will provide second level day-to-day operation support; help investigate and resolve incidents. You will be cooperating with surrounding teams on business and vendor side on specific cases. You will have opportunity to work on various interesting projects, day-to-day tasks and integrations related to Freight EVO application. You will deliver technical tasks related to Linux, Java, Oracle database as well JBOSS middleware.For any issues related to Freight EVO application within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. Here’s what we are looking for:As an Application Support Specialist having Experience with support of Transport Management System (TMS) is a huge plus. Masters an application from business point of view will also be an integral part of this role.You are a Linux, Java & Oracle aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL. You can work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.An array of benefits for you:

Great TeamHi, my name is Milos Sion and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2011, when I took a role as an Application support specialist in the Logis Ocean global forwarding team. Gaining more hands-on experience with various technologies has always fascinated me, so I moved to the CargoWise One team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed on Global service owner role of CargoWise One application. In 2021, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Application Support team. My journey through the company led me to become Manager of Application Support team for Freight EVO application. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Transport management. Looking forward to having you onboard!
