PhillipCapital (PSPL Innovation Team)Symphony Digital Assets serves as the innovation platform to Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, under the global PhillipCapital family. As the name suggests, we are the pioneers and are also the frontier of the company's mission for digital transformation from traditional finance to a FinTech firm. Some of the ongoing projects include the tokenisation of securities and real-world assets (RWA), and the exploration of use cases and designing of solutions that incorporate various blockchain and smart contract technologies.Description:As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web components and APIs to enhance the functionality and integration capabilities of a web3 platform. This role demands a mix of technical knowledge and collaborative skills to work effectively across different technology layers and teams.Responsibilities:

Take full ownership and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, UI designers, and managers.
Design and architect technical solutions for the product and or platform.
Create highly scalable and secure applications.
Build RESTful APIs for internal systems and external clients.
Stay on the leading edge of technical know-how, industry trends and drive technical innovations.

Requirements:

Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript with experience working in distributed environment comprising Web and Mobile clients.
Familiarity with SQL databases like PostgreSQL and familiarity with ORM
Experience with server-side Javascript frameworks such as NestJS.
An eye for system architect and design
Great communication and coordination skills

It's great if you have:

Knowledge with Web3 libraries like ethers.js
Experience in Ethereum development tools like Hardhat or Truffle Suite
Cloud knowledge from common providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Knowledge and hands on experience in CI/CD solutions
Working experience in Containers and Dockerisation, k8s would be a bonus.
