Job DescriptionOur client is a luxury leisure complex situated near Dawlish and walking distance from nearby beaches and villages.We are looking for a Head Chef with a fresh-food background to join the team asap on a permanent, full-time basis. As the Head Chef you will be required to:

Strive to create new and creative menu offerings alongside the Exec Chef
Lead and inspire the team
Be original with your presentation & menu ideas
Be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality food
Play a role in menu development
Cater for hotel afternoon teas & functions

Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce
A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
Extremely organised
