- Develop and update Manufacturing Instructions.
- Design, commission, and validate tooling.
- Assist in industrial validation processes, utilising tools like FMEA’s and FAI’s.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during manufacturing.
- Implement route card changes for rework activities.
- Manage Configuration Control by incorporating Design Modifications into Manufacturing Instructions.
- Provide support for the Non-Conformance Process using SAP.
- Completion of a formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21.
- Possession of a formal further education certificate equivalent to an HNC.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret Design Drawings to create Manufacturing Build Instructions for Skilled and Semi-Skilled operators.
- Experience in Electronic Sub Assembly manufacturing up to System level builds.
- Familiarity with assembly processes for small/miniature Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer requirements.
- Proficiency in Company Processes and Procedures.
- Excellent communication skills at various organisational levels.
- Training in manual handling and ESD.
