- Conducting thorough candidate searches using various platforms and methods
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Screening and assessing candidate applications to identify the most suitable individuals
- Conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks
- Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to effectively advise clients and candidates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service
- Desire to sell, earn bonus and be successful whilst enjoying an excellent work/life balance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and databases
