- Reporting of fulfilment from and to specialist warehouses and service providers throughout the UK and the EEA
- Assisting with new supplier checks
- Creation of internal purchase requests
- Resolution of purchase order queries
- Reporting of status of purchases.
- Proven customer service abilities, with good interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritising, and focused on meeting deadlines.
- IT literate - and comfortable using various business support and operations systems.
- Experience in administration, ideally within a Logistics, Shipping, or Purchasing function.
- Experienced with SAP or similar ERP systems.
