Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:
  • Sales reporting and forecasting
  • Conducting market research
  • Account management
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to facilitate sales processes.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Complete accurate and timely sales reports and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Knowledge and passion for automotive products and trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt sales approach to different customer profiles.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license
