We will have a range of programmes supported through professional qualification alongside impactful skills development workshops. This will be achieved by supporting learner progression and utilising our core expertise in Management and Finance training and delivery.This role will be supporting the FI Ltd-wide offering and may require delivery across the wider FI network locations where required.Duties:
  • Delivering across the FI Impact skills modules
  • Utilising your experience and talents to enhance the ISP programme as part of the apprenticeship programmes and supporting the vision of establishing a commercial offering in L&M training.
  • Sharing of delivery of L&M webinars
  • Supporting a caseload of L&M learners through to EPA
Requirements
  • Experience in the delivery of skills-based training, either within a corporate environment or a college, university, or private training provider.
  • Experience in L&M programmes would be beneficial.
  • Experience in coaching within an apprenticeship framework is desirable.
  • Motivated to do the right thing by your colleagues, your clients and most importantly your students.
  • Being an expert but a humble one. We pride ourselves on being good at what we do, but we don’t need to tell each other we are good, we just enjoy watching others develop.
  • Utilising experience to add credibility to the division and wider programme.
