- Participate in defining the Retail Product on SEPHORA stores and developing a roadmap and associated budget
- Help building and prioritizing the backlog
- Writing User Stories in relation with the different members of the agile team
- Definition of target KPIs in advance with the Business Owner and evaluation of their success
- Planning & preparation of sprints in line with the priorities of the digital roadmap
- Coordination of developers, experts and testers in collaboration with the IT teams for strategic and complex initiatives
- Participation in agile rituals (Daily, Grooming, Sprint planning, Demo);
- Qualification and distribution of necessary functional adjustments and bugs
- Definition of acceptance criteria for each user story and validation of the quality of delivery of each user story;
- Being a driving force in the development of the Retail product vision at Sephora with the Product Manager and the other Product Owners;
- Accompany the Business Owners in defining, clarifying and prioritizing their needs
- Promote the functionalities of the Sephora Core Model
- Strong sensitivity to Retail Sales & Operations processes: Point of Sale (POS), labelling, inventory, operations and reporting.
- 5 years of higher education, such as business or engineering school or equivalent university degree
- At least 5 years experience in a project management position within a Retail project structure, including at least 3 years experience as a Product Owner
- You have a permanent ambition to improve the ergonomics and performance of applications by improving the functionality in a constant search for agility and flexibility;
- You are autonomous, methodical and rigorous, and you know how to make proposals to the business departments. You master the challenges of the Retail industry
- Very good listening and communication skills, ability to interact with many people (Business and IT)
- Mastery of agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
- Mastery of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Fluency in English is essential given the international context of the company and the position
- Understanding and basic knowledge of retail technologies: Point of Sale, labelling solutions, mobile applications for Operations Management
- Knowledge of Loyalty Program processes is a plus

- Participer à la définition de la vision du Produit Retail sur l’ensemble de notre réseau
- Participer à la construction et à la priorisation du backlog
- Rédaction des User Stories en relation avec les différents membres de l’équipe agile
- Définition des KPIs digitaux et d’usage cibles en amont avec les Business Owner et évaluation de leur succès
- Planification & préparation des sprints en cohérence avec les priorités de la roadmap Digitale
- Coordination des développeurs, experts et testeurs en collaboration avec les équipes IT

- Définition des critères d’acceptance pour chaque User Story et validation de la qualité de livraison de chaque user story ;
- Être force de proposition dans l’élaboration de la vision produit Retail chez Sephora avec le Product Manager Retail et les autres Product Owners;
- Accompagner les Business Owners dans la définition, la clarification et la priorisation de leurs besoins
- Promouvoir les fonctionnalités du Core Model Sephora
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux du Retail et vision holistique des process magasins : Encaissement, Gestion des prix, inventaires et gestion des stocks, Opérations et Reportings.
- Compréhension et connaissances basiques des technologies Retail : Point of Sale (POS), labelling, applications mobiles.
- Anglais courant indispensable au regard du contexte international de l’entreprise & du poste
- Forte sensibilité au business digital et capacité à travailler sur un nouveau projet international
- De formation Bac+ 5 types écoles de commerce ou d’ingénieur ou cursus universitaire équivalent
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste de pilotage de projet au sein d’une structure Projet Retail dont minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste de Product Owner.
- Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, vous êtes méthodique et rigoureux et vous savez être force de proposition avec les directions Business. Vous maîtrisez les enjeux d’expérience en magasin et plus particulièrement l’écosystème du Point of Sale (POS)
- Très bonnes capacités d’écoute et de communication, capacité à interagir avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (Business et IT) et coordonner des projets complexes à forte visibilité.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies agiles, notamment SCRUM
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, Confluence)
