- Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
- Resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations.
- Positive role model – honesty and empathy are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs of the home.
- A full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
