If you have what it takes, join us, and be part of the team to promote a trusted and vibrant environment for businesses in Singapore!What you will be working on:Service Delivery and Analysis • Provide advisory to customers' queries/feedback through different customer touch points and ensure that issues are resolved, and service standards are met. This may include overseeing and managing a team of officers. • Oversee and implement service recovery plans where needed • Adopt design thinking concepts to seek new opportunity areas and share actionable insights to automate/streamline the internal work processes or enhance service delivery to customers. • Proficient in statistical concepts and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to collect, organise and analyse data related to service operations. Design and Development of Digital Services • Develop and design customer service strategies and experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement projects to transform service delivery. • Lead in the review and implementation of service initiatives through use of appropriate methods (e.g. Agile Project Delivery Methodology) and technology tools. • Proficient in digital technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Automation) and able to coach and guide junior staff in the use of the digital tools. • Collate and analyse business and user requirements to plan and manage development / enhancement of e-Services/digital technologies. • Able to interpret data insights and recommend areas of improvements for our digital services.What we are looking for:
  • Professional qualifications in Business Management or related fields • Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably has strong understanding of service delivery processes and best practices. • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members/peers for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation. • Good analytical thinking skills to solve problems and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders. • Organised, resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment. • Proactive in acquiring new knowledge and be adaptive to changes. • Experiences in development of chat bots, design thinking or automation projects will be preferred.
