- Utilize spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to reconcile
- Organize and analyze financial data using spreadsheets to identify discrepancies or
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing reconciliation activities and financial
- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with understanding different month-end and year-end closing processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
