You can learn more about Cirium at the link below.About our Team : You will be part of a team that drives client-development strategies and sales activities through thought leadership, product knowledge, and industry expertise.About the Role: The head of solutions consulting will be leading a team of Solutions consultants and working closely with customers. This team primary role is to support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, answering questions and demonstrating product capabilities as needed.ResponsibilitiesLeading a global team of solution consultants, driving efficient pre-sales customer engagement procedures, and designing an effective product training plan.Offering training and support to the Solution consulting team, enhancing their understanding of Cirium’s solutions and ability to deliver excellent product demonstrations.Assisting sales calls, either remotely or in person, helping prospects and clients define their challenges and aligning them with the right Cirium solution.Providing technical expertise during customer engagements and deliver product demonstrations where needed.Summarizing customer’s functional/technical perspective to assist Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology to understand the voice of the customerCollaborating with Marketing to create and maintain industry updates, thought leadership material and sales collateral that resonate with our customers and prospects.RequirementsDemonstrate leading a previous technical pre-sales organization; working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle and processesWorking effectively across multiple leaders and departmentsSignificant experience and understanding of the aviation industry.Familiarity with airline / Airport operational, network planning and/or fleet management use-cases and workflows is preferred.Ability to convey complex matters in simple business-friendly terms#LI-PL1#LI-HybridAt LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
