- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required
- Experience in fire and life safety industry or building services preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
- Ability to present information and address inquiries from various stakeholders
- Background in business development or marketing advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Possession of a valid driver’s license as per Company policy
- Willingness to undergo post-offer drug screening and background checkResponsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients for inspection services through strategic scheduling of sales calls and prompt follow-ups on leads
- Identify customer needs through site surveys and collaborate with relevant personnel
- Create and deliver compelling proposals to address customer safety requirements
- Contribute to pricing strategies for inspection accounts
- Maintain and report on sales business plan, participating in monthly sales meetings
- Understand assigned market dynamics and report on business trends within the designated geographic area
- Cultivate an active proposal pipeline to support the sales business plan
