Job Overview We are hiring for the role of Online Sales Junior at Rama Fabrics, a leading fabric company based in Vijayawada. The role entails handling online sales activities and driving business growth through various online channels. This is a full-time position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in online sales. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in online sales, preferably in the retail industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving online revenue growth Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and tools such as WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of sales management and customer relationship management (CRM) principles Roles And Responsibilities Manage and execute online sales activities, including creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and processing orders Utilize various online platforms and channels, such as WhatsApp, social media, and other e-commerce platforms, to drive sales and reach a wider customer base Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online sales and promotional strategies Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth Track and analyze sales performance and generate reports for management review Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in online sales techniques Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
