- Manage ingredient specifications throughout their lifecycle and coordinate the specification definition with Ingredient & Quality experts
- Contribute to harmonization initiatives to reduce complexity and cost within the ingredient portfolio.
- Improve and document specification management processes to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure application of Nestlé and external standards, regulations, and specific business requirements.
- Further improve our ingredient specification management tools and processes to keep them lean and efficient
- Establish best in class specification for ingredient category and share best practices.
- Support and provide guidance on ingredient-related matters, organize training, and promote best practices in Raw Material Specifications.
- Serve as the contact point for ingredient processes within NHSc.
- 3-5 years of operational experience in a factory setting, preferably in AG, production, or QA roles.
- Experience in data base management.
- Good Food chemistry & sciences background.
- Proficiency in project management.
