Do you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting senior level colleagues as a PA, excellent organisational skills and adaptabilty? Then this role might be for you!The successful candidate will be responsible for administration such as reviewing supplier statements, issuing invoices, submitting medical insurance claims, emailing shareholders, answering the phone, arranging activities and dinners, maintaining numerous spreadsheets, completing stock checks and carrying out the monthly reconciliation of petty cash.You will need to be resilient, positive, flexible, detail orientated and have the ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure their delivery.Have questions about this role?
