They have a couple of dining options all coming out of the same kitchen and serve a relatively relaxed menu. The hotel is looking for a temporary sous chef to help them for around 4 weeks while their new Had Chef gets settled in so this won’t be a firefighting assignment!What’s involved?As a relief chef you will work with the hotel management and follow instruction as and when required.
