Our client is looking for a Trust Administrator to provide administrative support to ensure a professional service is delivered by the Trust team.Your responsibilities will include preparing payments, foreign exchanges, and inter-company and trust transfers, respond to client queries and correspondence, ensuring time is recorded and assist in collection of fees.You will accurately construct written communications and prepare statutory documentation, as applicable to the administration of Trusts and Companies.Your qualifications and skills should include a commitment to building a career in trust and company administration, a willingness to learn new skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to us MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will ned to be detail oriented and analytical, have the capability to work in a deadline and volume driven environment, whilst maintaining accuracy and focus, the ability to drive and execute tasks, as well as the ability to plan and prioritise workload, including self-management in order to meet deadlines, alongside a proven academic track record.To apply for this role please send a copy of your CV to carla.whitham@ap-personnel.com or call 01481 743078.
