An independent and privately owned Guernsey regulated family office which renders fiduciary and family office services to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and their families.Responsibilities will include taking a lead role in the on-boarding of new client and third party relationships; compiling source of wealth memorandums and research to corroborate; compiling expectations documents and corroborating with the client; managing sanctions and screening programme and drafting risk consideration of any returned results for the high risk committee; carry out detailed risk assessments and risk reviews; manage trigger events and prepare supporting documents for consideration by the high risk committee; assistance to the MLCO, MLRO and Compliance Officer to support their requirements and carry out high risk monitoring oversight reviews.Candidates should ideally have 5+ years of professional experience in the finance industry within compliance, governance or corporate secretarial.
