A great opportunity for an accounts administrator to join this friendly company providing payroll and HR based services.The purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy of the accounting records and provide an effective accounts service to the company and its subsidiaries.Responsibilities include all aspects of sales / purchase ledger including credit control, dealing with telephone queries, input of invoices from creditors, raising monthly payroll invoices, reconcile bank statement /client accounts on a monthly basis and investigation of any variances, manual payments and authorisation, ensure that all month end accounts are posted in time and production of quarter end accounts.We are looking for candidates with the ability to produce management accounts (Trial balance, P & L, B.S), good knowledge of banking systems for troubleshooting and experience of office systems, in particular accounts software.
