• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with mental health conditions in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient mental health status, including risk assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by psychiatrists or healthcare providers.
• Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatment and interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement holistic care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

• Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working as an RMN in a psychiatric or mental health setting is preferred.
• Must over 1 years plus paid work experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues.
