- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Utilize Famous software to streamline data management and improve data visualization for better decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into business performance.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth system operation.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Famous software for data management and analytics.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for report development and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
