- Lead the development and execution of global digital marketing strategies, with a focus on driving performance and maximizing ROI.
- Manage channel mix and expansion efforts across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, display advertising, and more.
- Analyze campaign conversions and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Partner with Marketing Operations (MOPS) to address integration issues and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely adjustments to reduce and avoid critical wasted spend, optimizing campaign performance and driving efficiency.
- Lead a performance marketing team and vendors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Report on regional performance and provide insights to regional marketing leaders to drive growth and achieve regional KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing performance across multiple channels.
- Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, accountability, and results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
- Willingness to travel periodically to global regions and North America as needed.
