Conduct unit testing and bug fixing Work with an Agile mindset (knowledge of Scrum is nice to have) and contribute to a self-organizing and highly productive team Develop high-value technology solutions, re-usable components, and accelerators to innovate and streamline processes Contribute to the improvement of programs, procedures, and methodology Collaborate with other development team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that address their business problems Mentor junior members by undertaking pair programming and code review sessions Provide production support by responding to and resolving incidents within the allotted service-level agreement (SLA) period Implement UI/UX design wireframes into code, incorporating visual and interactive elements. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and development best practices. Conduct regular testing for usability, speed, and overall quality. Utilize and customize the OutSystems UI framework, including themes, templates, and patterns, while creating live style guides Optimize the performance and scalability of front-end applications. Deploy front-end applications to production. Address and resolve any application issues or bugs. Acquire OutSystems certifications, including but not limited to Associate Reactive Perform other development functions as assigned Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an OutSystems Developer Proficiency in front-end development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with demonstrated experience as a Front-end Developer Proficient in OutSystems tools, including Service Studio, Integration Studio, Platform Studio, Service Center, and Lifetime Deployment/Administration & Maintenance Understanding of web application architecture and OutSystems architecture Basic knowledge of security and data protection implementation Familiarity with the design and implementation of data storage solutions Demonstrated knowledge of coding best practices Capability to conduct code reviews and mentor other developers Proficiency in debugging both existing and new software Knowledge of APIs, web services, database modeling, and web tools Solid understanding of relational databases, including SQL Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation Flexibility to be assigned to either the Application Development Team or Application Support Team Willingness to pursue OutSystems certifications, including but not limited to Associate Reactive (Midlevel); Senior - OutSystems Certification required Availability to work during the required project time zone - Core Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine Time, with a willingness to adjust work hours as the project needs (e.g., max 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PH Time).
