- Generating and preserving precise, current technical support guides and documentation.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated prowess in the oversight and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
- Knowledge in working with automation framework (Selenium WebDriver).
- Outstanding communicative abilities for the effective transmission of intricate technical concepts.
- Mastery of coding with C# is a plus
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps for application lifecycle management.
- A self-driven, proactive stance on tackling problems and enhancements.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in German are considered advantageous.
