We are looking for a " Quality/Logistics Engineer" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Automotive”.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree from relevant engineering departments of universities
  • 2-3 years working experience within a manufacturing facility (preferably in automotive supplier industry),
  • Experience of working with PPAP/8D,
  • Experience and understanding of control plans,
  • Knowledge of SAP,
  • Technical qualification ideal,
  • Excellent level of Turkish and English written and oral,
  • Written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal departments,
  • Flexibility in terms of remote working.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ensure the respect of standardized work methods) through process confirmation and go, look, see.
  • Balanced presence between Warehouse and Customer to ensure consistent operations, supply to requirements and Customer satisfaction across all shifts.
  • Represents the customers voice within the plant and during Series phase.
  • Support the complaint management (8D, Problem solving (external to customer and internal to suppliers).
  • Product safety responsible.
  • Support PPAP during change management.
  • Responsible that only approved documents are shipped to the customer.
  • Support and manage deviations in series production.
  • Update and report the KPI and customer portals.
  • Reviews part handling practices at the customer Assembly line.
  • Drives customer complaint (8D) in cooperation with the lead plant.
  • Ensure customer delivery performance (Time, quantity, quality).
  • First contact person to the customer.
  • Proactively drive topics within the operation with the customer (stock levels etc.)
  • Contact, set up and follow escalation concepts within the supply chain.
  • Contact in case of missing Racks / parts.
