- Communicate with customers concerning scheduled shipments.
- Coordinate Export Loading orders, which includes verifying loading readiness with customers, arranging bookings with shipping agents and correspondents, and issuing loading instructions to carriers, along with loading notes, as necessary.
- Data entry into the company’s ERP system (Orian).
- Generate and distribute loading documents such as Bills of Lading (B/L) and certificate etc.
- Manage the issuance of commercial invoices.
- Ensure the timely update of loading orders and dispatch relevant documents to correspondents worldwide.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit and collaboration mindset.
- Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business administration or other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service & Operations or relevant position.
- Previous experience in the shipping freight forwarding industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in Orian ERP will be considered a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
