Our Client is a successful Australian Owned and Operated market leader in the Manufacturing of paper packaging goods and they are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their dedicated team on a permanent full-time basis.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you lead and support a small team of Customer Service Consultants, ensuring each team member has clarity on their role and purpose. Another important part of the role will be to ensure that each team member receives individual guidance and development to achieve success and engagement.They are seeking a positive Customer Service person who is happy to ensure that their clients requirements are meet within a timely manner.About the role:
  • Provide service centre team management and leadership
  • Engage in valuable one-to-ones with your team members, make team meetings productive, use opportunities to regularly provide feedback, mentor and train
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback
  • You will also be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Clients
  • Be involved in workforce planning, forecasting and resource allocation
  • Take accountability for effective communication and achievement of KPIs both as a team and individually
  • Promote a pro-active customer-focused team environment
To be successful in this role:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Customer Service or operations environment
  • Previous experience in a similar face paced environment and able to multi task is a must
  • Solid people leader capability and team management skills, also able to build trusted relationships with internal and external customers
  • Proven ability and confidence in measuring and reporting performance regularly against target KPIs
  • Able to professionally liaise with Customers
  • Quoting jobs
  • General office duties as required
  • Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing Environment
