- Provide service centre team management and leadership
- Engage in valuable one-to-ones with your team members, make team meetings productive, use opportunities to regularly provide feedback, mentor and train
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback
- You will also be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Clients
- Be involved in workforce planning, forecasting and resource allocation
- Take accountability for effective communication and achievement of KPIs both as a team and individually
- Promote a pro-active customer-focused team environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Customer Service or operations environment
- Previous experience in a similar face paced environment and able to multi task is a must
- Solid people leader capability and team management skills, also able to build trusted relationships with internal and external customers
- Proven ability and confidence in measuring and reporting performance regularly against target KPIs
- Able to professionally liaise with Customers

- General office duties as required
- Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing Environment
- Full time work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 38 hours per week
