Description :Position Summary:The Financial Analyst will work on site with VP, Finance of Asia to support on the daily work on overall Asia management reporting generating, key projects coordination and also financial process improving. We would like to have a young and potential finance talent who can work on from the ground as data collection, template build up and investment racking, mapping with SAP, and also working on some tracking reports and overall Office admin coordination in Singapore.Essential Job Functions:Actual Asia Closing process assistant:- SAP GL / Trial balance Extraction and providing for DME , DFR actual spending review- DME Tracking for SEA markets (making sure expense booked in right account, invoicing, accrual reconciliation )- Coordinate for Cross functional meeting on COGS review, DME reviewFinancial Planning and Reporting support:- Financial BPC reports generating and distributing to different Asia markets on Actual- Consolidation and uploading Fcst and BP submission in system. - Scheduling and process management of financial reporting and review meetings

Overall Manage the Asia Corporate team (SG office) OPEX, PO raising, goods receiving and invoice management

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
2 or more years of experience in Finance and Accounting preferred.
Highly proficient English writing and speaking Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving.
Communication Skills (Listening, Speaking, Writing, Inquiring) in English , Quick responsive working attitude.
Process management, Schedule management, Problem solving (Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving)
