- Provide advice, guidance and administrative support across the full range of employee lifecycle processes and terms and conditions of employment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process via the e-recruitment system including providing advice and guidance on the application of recruitment policies and processes.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to all candidate queries
- To prepare, check and issue contracts of employment
- To ensure employee data is accurately recorded within the HR/Payroll System in advance of monthly deadlines
- Educated to HND level or equivalent professional experience
- Experience of employee lifecycle/recruitment and resourcing processes
- Experience of preparing offers of employment
- Experience of responding to customer enquiries and of providing advice, guidance and support on the interpretation of HR related policies, processes, and practices
