This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date: 05/05/2024We are seeking a Head of Product Management to join our Aggregates and Mid-Market Crusher Wears Product Line team. You will have overall responsibility for product management, including product offering management, product development, and implementation of new products for markets. You will lead a product management team, which currently has four people (product managers and product support managers) reporting directly to you. You are also actively performing Product Manager duties, working in close collaboration with the Product Line, DMO, and Market area teams.This position can be located in any of our main Metso locations.Team you belong toYou will join a team of professionals dedicated to making the Crusher Wears business line successful in close collaboration with our market area and DMO organizations. You are part of Aggregates and Mid-Market Crusher Wears Product Line team. Our team culture is all about creating value and succeeding together.What you'll do

Leading the Product Management team and collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Manage the product portfolio by evaluating existing products, identifying gaps, and making informed decisions.
Product development and implementation. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, create roadmaps, and oversee the development process.
Collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to create compelling materials.
Also, this role involves responsibility for product support and product warranties

Who you are

Prior experience and understanding in Aggregates businesses including knowledge about crushers and crusher wears.
Proven experience in successful product management.
Customer-focused mindset and experience working in a service-oriented environment.
Interest and capability for concept development, whether refining product features, exploring new markets, or enhancing services.
Technical and business understanding, with the ability to continuously improve existing solutions.
Full working proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
