The Device Logistics teams play a pivotal role in achieving this and are essential to ensuring devices are always in the right place at the right time, across the globe.We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading our internal and external logistics services. You will be directly accountable for end-to-end service offerings. You will also lead the plans for driving ahead the longer-term strategy and focusing on optimising our operations, primarily across Europe.In this role you'll also:
- Be accountable for end-to-end operational management, including internal operations teams and external 3PL partners - supply & demand planning, distribution, last mile delivery, reverse logistics and repairs
- Manage and develops team performance, including planning, work assignment, and implementing operating rhythms
- Develop clear performance reporting to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives from conception to implementation
- Lead cross-functional efforts to action plans, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder relations
- Champion change and implement strategies to enhance operations and cost efficiency
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance operations performance
- Promote the company's values, fostering an inclusive, enjoyable, and safe working environment for all team members
- 5+ years of logistics operations management experience is essential
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams during change
- Proven ability to add value through service transformation
- Financial and commercial acumen for effective planning
- Track record of meeting operational targets and reducing costs
- Analytical skills to drive process improvement
- Ability to handle pressure and take ownership of projects
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and senior management
- Experience in making level-headed critical decisions in all circumstances
