We power every step of our customer's journey - from the e-commerce experience on the web, to creating personalized itineraries, to enhancing the travel experience through our mobile app.What you'll doAs a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will support and optimize the systems that power our sales and service teams. In this role you will:Leverage your keen understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem to triage and handle user reported issues, manage salesforce user access, and run the day to day operational needs of our Salesforce footprintWork with the Sales Enablement team to advise on and execute the technical strategy to help empower our sales and service users to work quickly, smoothly, and autonomouslyContinuously improve the reliability and performance of all aspects of our Salesforce footprintCollaborate frequently with other engineering teams to streamline processes and integrate Salesforce with related systems (order management, customer service telephony, data warehouse, and more)Be a leader when it comes to Salesforce technology choices.
