- Upgrade existing systems and handle maintenance tasks with precision
- Be the go-to person for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently
- Collaborate across IT departments to ensure smooth business processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation to keep our administrative processes running smoothly.
- Deliver projects with precision and attention to detail, keeping all information up to date.
- Tackle technical challenges head-on and find solutions or escalate when needed.
- Prepare insightful management reports to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work well in a team.
- Solid experience with ASP.NET and .NET Core
- 6+ years of commercial experience with C#
- 2+ years of commercial experience developing APIs
- Experience with Microsoft SQL SERVER to handle database-related tasks.
- Familiarity with XP/TDD/Agile development methodologies for efficient project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems.
- Relevant academic qualifications coupled with IT training.
- Proven ability to independently manage workstreams.
- Experience integrating with Adobe Campaigns Standard APIs, adding value to our team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, enhancing our capabilities.
- Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Azure experience, showcasing your cloud expertise.
- Strong JavaScript skills for front-end development
